We declare that we are fully capable of meeting the needs, in terms of physical condition, that entail adhering to the program that we know will be followed within the framework of the organized tour / trip, waiving any right of ours to claim compensation for any damage that may, if not incurred, occur to our personal health and safety or to the health and safety of my / our child / children represented by me / us, due to any increased physical strain that entails our participation in various / numerous activities or the visit of any unusual destinations or due to the occurrence of extreme weather phenomena that may occur during the organized tour / trip, accepting the possibility of damage or loss, regardless of its intensity or extent, to our physical health and / or to any our property, on the occasion of which, however, we have no claim or maintain or could in any way be considered to have or maintain against the company and / or the above-mentioned legal representative and manager thereof that organizes the tour / trip, being in full knowledge, accepting and acknowledging explicitly and unreservedly the sovereign right of the organizing company above and / or its legal representative and manager for the tour / excursion / trip to be carried out, according to what

we know from information we had during the reservation / booking process for participation in it, further according to what is included in the travel / tourist guide that has been printed in paper form and has been delivered or notified to us and unconditionally accepting the terms of conducting the tour / excursion / trip that has been posted on the website of the organizing company.
